The Genealogical Tables of Dynasties of the World

I am pleased to present the result of my over 40 years interest in the genealogy of royal families. This work comprises a collection of genealogical tables of dynasties from around the world, spanning ancient times to the present day. The publication encompasses families whose at least one representative ruled an independent or partially dependent territory. 

My goal is to present, as far as possible, the complete branches of each dynasty, not only the main one but also the collateral ones, taking into account offspring from illegitimate relationships. I did not intend to create an academic work.. Rather, this publication fulfills a dream of collecting the simplified genealogies of various dynasties from around the world in one place. Presented material is based on works and publications of other researches, chronicles, documents from national and public archives/libraries and church registers as well. 

Please forgive any errors or omissions. While I have tried to exercise the greatest care, due to large number of data, there probably exist mistakes related to data transcription and/or retyping. It can also happened that some shown informations do not reflect results of latest scientific findinds. Any comments and corrections are welcome.

The genealogical tables contain mainly male members of families, number of information is very simplified. The female members of each dynasty are represented by women in power only. Such arrangement was selected by the need to reduce the enormous amount of material for publication purposes. 

Anyhow, if you are interested in more detailed genealogy of given family, I encourrage you to conduct your own research  that can give you a lot of satisfaction and joy.

The tables are written in Polish, but I am confident that due to given structure, it can be easily used by anyone familiar with the Latin alphabet.
